De Novo Fungal Genome Sequencing

According to different research purpose and assembly level, we provide two products: Primary Assembly for fungi, and Advanced Assembly for fungi. For fungal samples, due to the genome is larger and complicated. In order to improve the assembly quality, we first recommend primary assembly, then prepared for advanced assembly. Fungal genome sequencing helps researchers investigate key fungal genes and proteins to reveal their specific functions and predict metabolic pathways with high accuracy. For pathogenic fungi, de novo sequencing can be used to identity pathogenesis-associated genes and genes involved in interactions between fungi and crops. This approach also enables the study of species evolution and genome comparisons.
